Black Hills, SD

We spent our first day in South Dakota in the Northern part of the Black Hills.

In the morning we drove up Spearfish Canyon.	We stopped at a small damn in the creek to watch some fisherman.
We stopped in Lead to check out the gold mining museum and then the boys played on some old equipment.	This is the inside of a compressed air small rail engine.
That evening we witnessed the scene on the street before and after Wild Bill Hickock was shot.	Here's the sheriff talking to the crowd prior to the shooting.
